1. Payment must be paid on or before arrival; payment can be made via cash or cheque.  Charges will include drop off and collection days at full day rate regardless of check in and out times.

2. Your pet must be collected at agreed date and time. Checking in and out times are between 9.30am and 11.30am and 4.00pm and 6.00pm and an appointment must be made for the times you require.

3. Any cancellation of your booking once confirmed will incur a charge of £10.

4. If you are delayed then you must contact us to inform us of this and agree to pay any additional charges when you return.

5. On collection of your pet you will be required to check your pet over and sign to say you are happy with the condition of your pet before you leave. Any injury occurring after you have signed is NOT my responsibility.

6. If your pet because ill while you are away we will do our best to contact you. If we cannot speak to you and your pet requires treatment we will seek help from our vet, you agree to pay a £5 transport fee and any vets bills on your return.

7. Hoppity hotel does not accept any responsibility should you pet become ill and pass away whilst in our care.

8. Should your pet pass away we have no facility to keep them here.  Your pet will be transported to our vet for you to make arrangements on your return.  You will be liable for any charges that may occur under these circumstances.
